How can I check if my order has shipped?
  If you're curious about if your order has shipped, you can view the Order History page under My Account to see a list of all orders placed by your account. If you need additional help, please contact us directly for further assistance.
How can I change or cancel my order?
  If you're curious about if your order has shipped, you can view the Order History page under My Account to see a list of all orders placed by your account. Then click the Change quantities / cancel orders link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
