When Will My Credit Appear on My Account?
  Credits are normally processed and approved within 3-5 business days of being received. If you're returning your product, keep the tracking information to monitor where your return is. Once it's delivered, your return will begin processing. After being approved, please give 3-5 business days for your bank to process the credit to your account.
When Will My Card Be Charged?
  We don't charge your card until we're ready to ship your purchase, so you may not see a charge onto your bank statements at first. If you have any questions about your purchase, please contact us directly.
