|How Do I Track My Package?|
|If you need to track your package, you can view the Order History page under My Account to see a list of all orders placed by your account. If you need additional help, please contact us directly for further assistance.|
|When Will My Order Ship?|
|All orders ship after payment is processed. Our custom built replacement Redi Remotes and factory original OEM remotes that are displayed as being in stock are typically shipped same or next business day with few exceptions. Factory original remotes that are not shown as being in stock are often brought in from other warehouses and locations for quality assurance testing which adds to the processing time, or the time between placing your order and shipping your product.|

Before returning your remote, please give us a quick call! Our specialists work small miracles every day, and our 1-year money back guarantee covers all our remotes against defect for the full purchase price. If you're happy with your remote, please, tell others! If not, please tell us instead.
